Overview

PlasmaCat is a complete bundle of software that includes a real time operating system, full motion control, PLC, and CNC Control.  Everything you need is included to control a plasma machine.  All you need is an Industrial PC and standard Ethercat compliant hardware. Less Hardware and less wiring means much less opportunity for stray signals and electrical noise.  This bundle also prepares the machine to flexibly meet the networking needs of the Cloud and database connectivity of the IoT Era.  In total, this system creates the opportunity for a Plasma Cutter Machine Builder to offer more features at lower cost with higher quality.
